The Kensington House on upper Main is located in one of the most ideal spots on the island and makes walking to the shops, out to dinner, and everything in between a breeze. It has a private driveway and sleeps ten comfortably, with three sitting rooms complete with smart televisions and Bluetooth soundbars. Two kings and a queen are on the second floor, and a double bunk room is in the basement. Three full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter and island space new appliances provide for everything you need to feel right at home. A private deck with comfortable furniture and a newly built cedar shower are available for when you return from your day on the island. The workout/meditation room allows you to stay on track when the weather outside isn’t cooperating. A new stackable washer and dryer is also available for your use.

The perfect place

Absolutely loved our time in Nantucket! The home was perfectly suited for our family, and in the perfect location. Easy check-in, friendly and helpful owners and a wonderful home!

Beautiful House and Location

We had a fantastic vacation at this property. Great location, nice street, easy walk to town. Good bedding, pillows, linens. Terrific beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Well stocked kitchen. Even had a lovely gift basket with food, coffee, cookies and wine upon our arrival. We loved sitting on the outdoor side deck. We would rent again!
