Excelent location for those who are taking a cruise. Only a fifteen min walk to pier 66. Many options for food and drinks as well as a convince store on property. We would recommend this location to all of our friends and family.

Great location

The condo was close to everything. We enjoyed our short stay. The building was very secure and it was helpful meeting someone to show us how to operate the gate and facilities. The carpet needs some cleaning but everything else was great.

Good place. Great location.The person above the place can be noisy. He/she was probably walking in shoes, very early in the morning. Also, watch your head while in the closet. The hot water tank is on an elevated platform on there and you might hit your head on the corner.Overall a very good stay.

Carpets need to be cleaned they where dirty and stained. The sink stopper in the bathroom doesn’t work and there was no sink stopper for kitchen sink. The deck needed a cleaning. Would be nice to have brochures showing the sites to visit. But all in all the place was nice and the hosts were great.
