Equipped with 28kw of solar, blown in cellulose insulation, and staked with VRF heating and cooling you can rest assured that your vacation wont be leaving a carbon foot print here! Build Well Development prides itself on marrying form and function when it comes to taking care of the planet and our guests. The home comes with a beach pass to Hither Hill private beach and you can also walk to Gurney's and enjoy their beach and other amenities they offer including restaurants and bars. Home offers 6 beds and 4.5 baths (2 are ensuite), a 2 car garage, hot tub, SONOS, playground for the kids, gas fireplace, oversized appliances, and BBQ.

The house was absolutely breathtaking - the perfect spot for a luxurious Montauk weekend. So many cozy bedrooms. First class kitchen. Flawless backyard and pool. And you simply cannot beat the commute to Gurney’s. 5 stars.

Outstanding house and pool

We had great fun for our extended family vacation. House is very modern and well equipped. Excellent support for any questions throughout the stay. Beach access is best via car. Parking pass was included.
