Tommy was great! As was Ami. We had a wonderful very relaxing time at this very private comfortable house! We went to Stratton mountain to see an amazing fireworks show and spent a lot of time in the hot tub just enjoying the quiet and the view.

Great stay in a cozy and peaceful setting

My wife and kids, aged 1 and 2, had a great 2 night stay. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. The fire pit with the kids for smores was great and the hot tub at night under the stars was great! Would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area, everything about our stay was enjoyable.

Magical Winter Getaway

My daughter's and I had an amazing stay at the forest cabin. Close to the lifts and cozy place to call home when we got back from skiing. The hot tub was a big hit also. We will definitely be back!

Stratton Forest Cabin was the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. A simple, comfortable cabin with everything you need for a ski weekend, a hiking getaway, or a quiet stay‑in retreat. You feel like you're the only peeople around in the privacy of the woods, yet safety was never a concern, so peaceful. Tommy and his team are excellent communicators—never too much nor too little—just the right balance to make you feel genuinely welcomed. The location is ideal, close to both Stratton and Bromley, with great hiking nearby. The deck and hot tub were highlights for us, offering a peaceful spot to soak up the spring/summer sun during the day and enjoy the stars at night. Built-in Outdoor speakers were a plus and super easy to connect to. The king-size bed upstairs was very comfortable and plenty of pillows! Very easy, low stress check-in and checkout. A wonderful stay all around.

Unique, Comfy, Cozy

My stay here was so enjoyable. The property is well kept and the babbling brook was such a peaceful retreat. The private, long driveway was easy to find and not muddy during mud season! The hot tub was so restorative after long adventures. I would absolutely stay again.

Great cabin and hot tub!

We had a nice stay at this lovely place. It's tucked away at the end of a dirt road. We never saw another human only some wild turkeys. It was great to sit in the hot tub and look at the seasonal stream and the beautiful trees surrounding the property.

Peaceful Getaway in the Mountains

Enjoyed our working holiday at the Stratton cabin. The remote location gave us the peace and quiet we were seeking; the wi-fi gave us the connectivity we needed for work. Loved spending evenings in the hot tub and at the fire pit. The host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

The host was very responsive, and the location was great. While the listing mentioned a washer and dryer, they were not available during our stay. We also found that there weren’t enough towels for four guests staying three nights, especially with a hot tub and no access to laundry. That said, when I messaged the host, he responded quickly and had cleaners bring additional towels, which we appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Wonderful getaway

Cozy, comfortable vacation with my spouse and our dog. Sadly, it rained almost the entire stay so we didn't get to enjoy most of the outdoor amenities, but we still has a pleasant, relaxing time. Cabin was private and isolated, but still close enough to Manchester and Wilmington for us to have some fun despite the run.
