We had a wonderful time here. Spectacular views. Opening my eyes in bed in the morning and seeing the ocean, first thing, was surreal. We wanted to move in! Everything was very easy-from booking to check in to check out. We cooked a couple meals and had everything we needed. My boys loved playing pool, watching the ocean-saw harbor seals from the den, and even enjoyed a movie night on the huge tv. House is close to so many adventures. The parking pass was very thoughtful! So many thoughtful touches. Thank you. Memories we will cherish.

We had an absolutely incredible stay!! The mid-century modern design is gorgeous and beautifully executed, creating a stylish yet completely comfortable atmosphere. There was more than enough space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded (our party was 5 adults). Of course, the absolute highlight was the spectacular ocean views. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unforgettable. It’s also perfectly situated for exploring; we spent our days checking out the breathtaking Oregon coast and hiking through the redwoods. This place is a gem, and we would love to come back!

This property is amazing! The house is spacious, clean, and well-loved. The views of the ocean is breathtaking and the sunsets were spectacular! We saw whales migrating from the deck, and had a gray fox visit the backyard 4 nights in a row, along with a skunk and a raccoon. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very responsive to texts while we were there. This house is a winner!!

Brookings Retreat

Family vacation for the fourth

Great view, fun time

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving here! We really enjoyed the nights there was a full moon and we could watch the ocean with all the lights off. The pool table was a great way to keep us all laughing and have a good time.

Glad you enjoyed your stay James. I think your memory is a tad fuzzy tho. After you booked and I later asked if you have a pet, which we allow for $50 for the entire stay, you said you missed that and would pay it. I said no worries just leave a tip for the house cleaners. Which I never ask guests to do. House cleaner said no tip so I asked you. You said oh I left “a bunch of money but my wife scooped it up”. You apologized and agreed to send $50. So there’s that, all that in our messages. So yes now it’s awkward!

Tranquility

The house is beautiful and larger than the pictures show. Check in was a breeze and the beach is easy to walk to . If you are looking for peace this is definitely the place, you don’t need to go anywhere- everything you need is there.

Beautiful Beach House

Beautiful, big house with an amazing view and has everything we needed for a wonderful stay with our family. We cooked meals, played pool and other games, went to the nearby Harris Beach and other beaches every day. All the beds were comfortable. And did I mention the view?!?!

A gem of a home. Beautiful ocean views! Absolutely wonderful! This is a home full of charm, interest, character, and comfort. A path adjacent to the property leads to the Harris Beach, which was nice. A nicely stocked home. Everything you could possibly want and more. Quite amazing! It was a pleasure staying here.

Amazing views

Nothing about this home disappointed us. Everything was perfect and such a spectacular location. If you want ocean views you cannot EVER find something to match it, House was perfect for our 3 couples. Loved Brookings and the two restaurants we went to. Hosts were fantastic!
