The three apartments each have a separate entrance, sun terraces, private bath / baths and TV connection via satellite system.
The kitchens are fully equipped and the rooms are furnished as vacation apartments for your needs. Between 4 and 9 beds plus sofa beds.

We would be happy to announce this to interested parties, as the calendar below only refers to apartment 1.

Due to the division into three apartments and the large number of beds (17 +), the Mulino Verde is also suitable for the shared vacation of several families and for groups.

In the large garden and in front of the apartments, each with its own entrance, there are shady places for setting up the garden furniture and grilling.
A washing station, a garden shower, table tennis table are available for the guests.

The area is extensive enough, partly also terraced, to offer several families space for a common and / or separate stay.

Auszeit am Fluss

Unser Aufenthalt im grünen Tal war eindrucksvoll und sehr erholsam mit vielen Stunden am Fluss mit seinen unterschiedlichen Badestellen. Aber auch die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten, viele Wandermöglichkeiten, kleine und größere Dörfer und Städtchen mit netten Restaurants und natürlich Lucca. Den Ausflug zum Meer haben wir uns gespart, es war einfach nicht nötig. Theo ist ein äußerst hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, danke nochmal!

Die Mühle hat eine tolle Lagezum entspannen. Toller Garten zum spielen, verstecken spielen und zum chillen. Der Fluss lädt zum Baden ein und hat viele schöne Stellen zum Baden für große und kleine… In der Scheune können die älteren Kinder Kicker spielen. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz für alle

Outstanding property

We’ve been to Bagni di Lucca several times already and the area is full of very movie properties - Mulino Verde is a bit different as it was a mill in the old days that has been refurbished preserving the stile. The hood thing is that the whole property can host up to 4 families and it’s basically unique in that respect.

Mulino Verde Bagni di Lucca

Great place to relax, unwind and explore the countryside, towns and cities in Tuscany. The accommodation is situated right next to a lovely river that gave our kids and us adults endless hours of fun. The hosts are lovely and ensured we never wanted for anything. We'll definitely be going back !

Calme et volupté

Niché dans un coin de verdure à proximité directe d’un torrent rafraîchissant, Mulino Verde est un endroit où les sons de la nature prédominent. À la fois éloigné du tumulte des humains et très proche de commerces, le cadre est majestueux et atypique. La vieille pierre a été rénovée avec beaucoup d’amour par les propriétaires afin que cet ancien moulin ne soit pas aujourd’hui juste une ruine parmi les autres, symboles du patrimoine passé. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour : dépaysement, ressourcement et véritable coupure avec notre train-train quotidien. Les propriétaires, Theo et Susanne, sont d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité sans faille. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir fait leur rencontre et des échanges que nous avons pu partager! Ceci a également contribué à la richesse de notre séjour !

Location molto suggestiva

La location è molto suggestiva e offre molte attività interessanti. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e sempre disponibili e premurosi. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, siamo stati comodamente in nove. Consiglio: avere una macchina adeguata per la rampa iniziale, sconnessa e un po’ pendente.

Etwas abseits gelegen, dennoch alles mit dem Pkw super erreichbar. Völlige Ruhe, ein Traum und Abenteuer für Kinder. Es kam nicht ein mal der Ruf nach Meer, da der Bach vor der Haustür wesentlich spannender war. Super nette Vermieter! Wir haben die Zeit bei euch sehr genossen! Vielen Dank Susanne und Theo, für einen tollen Urlaub!

A truly beautiful place by the river with a backdrop of mountains and chestnut woods.

We had a wonderful stay in this magical place. Theo made us so welcome and was extremely helpful. The old mill has been sympathetically restored and has a real rustic charm. It is perfectly placed for walking and visiting the many sights and Lucca was particularly beautiful, however it is hard to leave the peace and beauty of this spot. The river changes daily and we could not resist spending the days swimming and drinking in the peace and nature. Came here with a friend and our six teenagers and we all loved it, we will definitely be back. Thank you Theo.
