This was our 2nd time staying at this lovely property. It is perfectly located downtown, close to the falls and the swamp rabbit trail. John keeps it impeccably clean, well equipped and has a modern vibe. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of our favorite parts was the location — it was so convenient and easy to walk everywhere, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Everything felt simple and stress-free from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a great place in a fantastic location!

The location was ideal, I don’t think we could have found anything better. We walked everywhere! John was wonderful to work with and so very kind and helpful. We went with friends and it was nice to have adequate seating for everyone and for each of us to have our own room and bathroom. The unit is very convenient to the back parking area for loading and unloading and there’s an elevator if you park out front. Parking is convenient for one car with a parking pass provided.

Very cool loft in ideal location!!

We had a great trip visiting downtown Greenville. The rental location was perfect and the 2-bedroom loft was spacious, clean and well appointed. Highly recommend staying here!
