You will be enchanted by the privileged location of this holiday home, just 30 metres from the sea and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach of ES TRENC. Water sports enthusiasts will feel right at home here. Families will also appreciate the shallow and safe sandy beach. The house is bright and friendly and promises a relaxing beach holiday in the immediate vicinity of a beach of Caribbean quality. The beautiful terrace with sea views is the favourite spot of all guests and is the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely meal al fresco.

The nearby SA RAPITA yacht club is a popular meeting place and is widely known for its good restaurants with beautiful terraces. Santanyi, with its pretty town houses, beautiful pedestrianised streets, popular market, many galleries, exquisite boutiques and good bars and restaurants, is always worth a visit.
