Für den Preis ok

Gut ist Strandnähe und Bahnhof. Schlecht ist der Lärm von den Zügen und wenn es windig ist ziehts durch die Wohnung. Der Herr der Schlüsselübergabe sprach nur Italienisch und 200Euro Deposit muss Cash bezahlt werden. Der Garagenparkplatz kann nur ein sehr sehr geübter Fahrer benutzen.

Ottima posizione fronte mare e vicino al centro. Unica pecca sia la cucina che gli armadi e i materassi sono da rimodernare. La cucina è veramente fatiscente come l'armadiatura ricavata con delle ante rivestite di tessuto. I materassi troppo duri non si riesce a dormire. Aggiungerei in sala un divano letto visto che i due letti singoli sono stati messi in uno sgabuzzino senza finestre non oso pensare nel periodo estivo riuscire a dormirci senza clima.... Peccato perchè la zona è veramente bella.

Comodo per distanza dal mare ma caldissimo.

La seconda camera al catasto si potrebbe definire sgabuzzino, nonostante la breve distanza dal mare l'appartamento risulta molto caldo e nella "camera" non finestrata quasi invibibile, un po' più di attenzione ai particolari e una tenda solare potrebbero migliorare un'ottima posizione in un bel comdoninio a 2 passi dal mare. Cmq abbiamo passato bene la nostra settimana.

L'appartamento è in Buona posizione comodo con la zona cucina e soggiorno unite con divano non divano letto ma sarebbe utile dato lo spazio ho disponibile la camera principale è comoda e spaziosa la seconda camera Senza finestre è piccola è più adatta a cabina armadio. Posizione buona sia per spiagge che per centro e supermercati. Non dispone di aria condizionata,né lavastoviglie . La vicinanza alla stazione si sente un po' ma con le finestre chiuse è accettabile , materasso cuscini nuovi.

Sotto le aspettative

Purtroppo realtà deludente per via del parcheggio al quale è impossibile accedere per mancanza di spazio di manovra.. Casa con mobilio molto vecchio materassi bassissimi stoviglie trovate unte.. Seconda camera da letto un buco... Inoltre infestazione di formiche da ogni parte. Soldi extra :Cauzione richiesta di 200 euro e 60 euro per pulizie finali esagerati. Purtroppo molto spesso chi affitta pensa a tutelare la sua casetta più che à soddisfare appieno cliente!
