Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This trip was amazing! The house was in quiet part of Maine, which made for relaxing evenings and slow mornings, just what we needed on vacation! The management company was super communicative and helpful. The house was spotless and plenty of space. Would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Prompt reply from the host when the air dryer goes missing from the last customers. One of the AC stopped working but thankfully there was another one and the temperature was cool. Some things need to be improved including the cleanliness of the sheets, safety of the property, such as random nails sticking out on the wall near the bed, slippery rug when standing up from the sofa, and doors that don’t close at all. Very great location and amenity otherwise.

ALL linens are cleaned fully before each guest. happy to hear the location and amenities were good and ac worked well for you. Random nail? Slippery rug? I will look into those things. Two stars seems a little rough....we will take all your feedback into consideration.

Overall the property was fantastic. It was on a nice, quiet little side street in a small town but so centrally located whether we went North or South. It was clean, comfortable beds and having air conditioning was a great thing for when we were there. We did have some issues on arrival, our code didn't work, but Liz was a fantastic help to get us in. We also learned halfway through our trip that the side door deadbolt didn't actually notch, so the house wasn't actually safely locked, but again we were in a very nice area. At some point it was apparently fixed although we weren't notified anyone was coming or made entry to the house. We were apparently the first guests of the season so we didn't have wifi as the cable was gone, but again it was promptly fixed.

Great stay for a family gathering!

The property was very clean and well-equipped. It is walkable to several restaurants and shops, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property manager was responsive and proactive. Everything was great!

Our first time to the area. Updated house in a quiet neighborhood and city just outside Portland. 20 minute drive or Uber into downtown Portland. The house was clean and easily accommodated 6 adults. We also enjoyed the outside sitting area with the fire pit.

We loved our stay! Family gathering where we could all be together. Great bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and outdoor space. We could have used a bigger table to eat at and a larger common area but perfect for 4-5 people.

Home away from home

We had such a lovely time in Yarmouth. We had enough space that we could spread out and the kids didn’t have to be on top of each other, plenty of amenities and even some reading material for those who forgot to pack some! We enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying a glass of wine by the fire pit. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Great little house in a little neigbourhood. Convenient location. The yard and chairs were a nice shady quiet place to hang out for lunch and dinner. Bedrooms were decent size and the bed in the hallway was utilized by our group.Great water pressure and clean all around!We never got checkout instructions and office was closed on the weekend but we made it work.In the listing it says there are 4 parking spots but there are really two that are paved.

The property was in a great location easy to walk to Main st for food and a few cute shops and in a very safe feeling neighborhood. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and cute decor. The outside space was very relaxing with Adirondack chairs and gas fire pit. The communication with the property manager was easy and responses were quick. Overall wonderful experience!

Quiet time in Yarmouth

We enjoyed being in a quiet residential neighborhood where we could walk the dog. The patio with garden lights was a real plus. We sat out there almost every evening. Only about 20 minutes to get into Portland. House was clean and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental property would not be ideal for the elderly or those with physical handicap due to steep stairs and deep tubs. But an otherwise comfortable property for a vacation. 3 comfortable queen sized beds and an uncomfortable day bed in the upstairs hallway loft. We found the place to be clean and relaxing.

We had a great stay. I would recommend this property to almost all ages. If someone has limited mobility the shower access is definitely a challenge. The neighborhood is quiet. Most everything was new and the beds comfortable.
