New! Pool villa, 2-8 persons, 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms in Bonita Springs

Villa Vanilla Sky was newly built in 2017, the pool was completed in 2018.
200 m² of living space are available.
The decor is modern and for the benefit of allergy sufferers we have done without carpeting and tiled all rooms.

When entering, the Great Room is the highlight.
Living room (with 65 inch LED TV), a large and open kitchen with island and bar stools, dining area and entrance area combine here without disturbing walls.
The kitchen or the whole house is fully equipped with everything you need in everyday life.

In addition to the normal filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine is also available. The capsules (compatible products if necessary) are commercially available everywhere, e.g. B. (Walmart, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Target, etc.).
Or you can bring the capsules with you from home.

Due to the split-bedroom construction, the villa is suitable for 2 people (because in that case you can simply "ignore" one half of the house), also for 8 people, because there are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Ideal e.g. B. also for 2 families, because 2 bedrooms have a king bed and 2 bedrooms have a queen bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and TVs as well as walk-in closets.

The master bedroom has direct access to the pool and on the other side of the house another room (through a bathroom) has access to the pool.

The large pool deck has a mosquito screen.
In the covered part of the terrace there is a ceiling fan. The rattan / glass table group of course also offers space for 8 people.
There are various loungers by the pool for sunbathing and relaxing. On cooler days you can bring the pool to the desired temperature using the electric heater.

The double garage is at your disposal, as are beach chairs, parasols and beach towels.

Basic equipment for a baby is also available (travel cot, high chair, changing mat etc.)

Internet via WLAN / Wifi is free of charge.

Cleaning

5 - 8 people = US $ 220.00
The final cleaning prices include Florida Sales Tax of 6.5% & Tourist Tax of 5%.

Security deposit: US $ 500.00
(The amount will be held by credit card and paid back at the latest 15 days after the end of the rental)

electricity
There are already US $ 25 a week. 00 for electricity included, which is sufficient for normal use. Should something more be consumed, each additional kw / h will be US $ 0. 14 calculated. The electricity meter reading is taken at check-in and check-out by the German-speaking property management.
