Manatee Springs is perfect for your journey to relaxation and fun in Bonita Springs. Inside, guests will find five bedrooms and an office space. There is 1 King bed, 4 Queen beds, and 4 twin beds (one set being bunk beds). The additional office space features a cozy queen sofa bed, ideal for extra guests, children or a quiet work spot. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other a shower and bath combo making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Enjoy our beautiful, light and airy kitchen to prepare meals with your friends and family. You can relax with your coffee on the back balcony overlooking the pool and canal. With air conditioning and heating on both levels, the house stays comfortable year-round. The house has a large pool and hot tub combination, as well as a dock and huge paved patio to sit outside and enjoy the view and weather. If you are lucky, Dolphins and particularly Manatees can be found swimming in the canal. We are located 15 minutes by car to multiple beaches, 25 minutes to Naples, 5 minutes from Coconut Mall and grocery shopping. There are a variety of nearby local restaurants just waiting for you to try their delicious options. This amazing home invites guests to relax and create lasting memories.
