Unwind in North OC at the Nautical Vibes House!

A brand-new, stylish single-family home designed to make your stay comfortable & memorable. Equipped w/ EV Charger, full kitchen, 2 Smart TVs with Youtube TV, Netflix, Disney+, washer/dryer, and outdoor shower.

My newly constructed 1,950 sq. ft. home is located in North Ocean City on the bayside of 130th street, in the Montego Bay neighborhood.

• The main area of the house is a large, high-ceiling room with a bright and beautiful open floor plan with the kitchen/dining room/living room. There you'll find a 50 inch smart TV, open kitchen, and a 6 seat dining table.

• The upstairs den serves as a second living room or additional bedroom. It boasts a 43" Roku Smart TV, queen pull-out sofa, a loveseat, an additional lounge chair, as well as a 3/4 bath. In the back of the loft is a bedroom with a queen bed, with views of Assawoman Bay right from the bedroom window.

• In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, hair dryers, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, ground coffee, K-Cups and more. There are also some bigger amenities like, a Level 2 EV Charger, full kitchen, Smart TVs with Youtube TV, Netflix, Disney+, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, & lots of space for your entire family.

• The front deck has double sliding glass doors adjacent to full-length windows, making it easy to go in and out. The large doors and windows provide plenty of natural light to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, and it provides a perfect view of the 4th of July fireworks show at Northside Park.

• We have 4 bedrooms and 6 beds - a king bed, 2 queen beds, a twin over full bunk bed & a queen pull-out sofa in the upstairs den. Each mattress is a high quality medium-firm Nectar mattress. 6-10 people is the optimal number of people for this space. No more than 10 guests are allowed at the home without prior permission from the host.

• The master bedroom has an attached 3/4 bath, & there is another full bath in the hallway shared with the queen and bunk beds. The queen and bunkbed rooms have full-size closets and dressers, and the master bedroom has an extra-large closet.

• There are 2 community pools, tennis courts and a mini golf course at no additional cost (between Memorial Day and Labor Day only, access cards to be provided)

• Outside there is a shed where you will be able to find 6 beach chairs, boogie-boards and an umbrella to enjoy the beach while you stay.

Weekend Getaway

We had an awesome President's Day weekend in Ocean City. The pictures of this house do not give it enough credit. It was super clean and spacious for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The house is convenient to local spots and a great neighborhood to walk and ride bikes in.

Clean & Welcoming Property

We stayed here for an extra long weekend and it was perfect! The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. It perfectly accommodated our large family with multiple bedrooms and a spacious living/kitchen area! We even got lucky enough to see the community firework show on our last evening! The owner was a great communicator and checked in to make sure everything was going well!
