Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath home with an office, screened in porch and outdoor shower in Bay Point, Sag Harbor. Great room with large screen TV and surround sound home audio system. TV's in every bedroom, a master suite with ensuite, walk in closet, and beautiful gourmet kitchen and bar. Two working fireplaces. 5 min walk to Long Beach and 2 miles from Sag Harbor village. Kayaks and paddleboard included. Fenced in backyard and doggie doors for a dog friendly stay. Come and enjoy a magnificent summer escape.
