We had a beautiful late September stay at this property. the views were fantastic...especially sunrises. We had everything we needed. The outdoor space was nice. Modern and clean.
This location is incredible. Beautiful house with all of the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Close to Cavendish for restaurants, kids fun at Sandspit and tourists areas like Avonlea village. Kids loved the Wifi and it even worked outside by the firepit. I can't find anything wrong or bad to say about this place. We stayed for a week and were honestly disappointed to leave.
This cottage has everything!!! We had a stress free vacation in this wonderful cottage. Great location to access beaches and Anne of Green Gables exhibits.

Family Trip to PEI
Overall our experience was good. Lots of amenities and cottage was as advertised.
Great place to stay clean and kitchen was fully equipped. Dean was fantastic and easy to reach . I would definitely recommend staying here. The beds were very comfortable. Two bathrooms is a definite plus. I would definitely stay here again.
The cottage was charming and appeared to be newly remodeled/refurbished. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to make meals. They also provided linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body washes. Beach towels, blankets and had two beach chairs. We used the grill and sat out by the fire pit a few nights. Bring bug spray the mosquitos are vicious! It was a lovely stay and PEI is just gorgeous.I highly recommend this property.
The pictures really did not do this house justice. The view is breathtaking & the house itself was so cute & cosy! Stocked with everything you need, great beds, big tub & nice firepit. We absolutely loved thid house & it was very near lots of good spots (restaurants, beaches, Anne Musuems/attractions etc) even in October when a lot of things have already closed for the season.
We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage. It had everything we needed and more and it was so clean and open and airy. We had two families staying which was perfect - the adults had a room each and the kids shared the room with the bunk bed and queen bed AND there was a TV for them which was extra special. The property is gorgeous, and we caught the sunrise one morning. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience and we hope to make our trip to PEI and this cottage an annual tradition. Thank you, Dean!
Overall excellent stay and lots of space for our family with 5 adults and a child. The location is very convenient and close to Cavendish and North Rustico. The cottage was very clean, nice big kitchen, and good wheelchair accessibility with a ramp, wide doorways, and hardwood floors. Cottage was well stocked with linens, beach towels, kids toys and board games, washer and dryer, and most kitchen things. Don’t forget to bring your own coffee! The mattresses could use an update. Thanks for a great stay!

Disappointing
The pictures are deceiving.. much smaller than it looks!
Could not get the fireplace going… even after talking to manager! Had to go searching for towels and the mattresses were old style spring mattresses! We left a day early and checked into 3 hotel rooms
It was an amazing place to enjoy sOo many things!
It was NOT so busy with people everywhere and commercialized! Just the land and water! The country was beautiful and made my family weary of saying, those lilacs ARE beautiful and oh the smell...slow down and enjoy! We enjoyed kayaking, some biking and some walking, listening to waves hit the rocks, deep sea fishing at Joey's, they had good team effort for our enjoyment, we traveled and visited 10 lighthouses AND Anne of Greene Gables AND an scrumptious meal at Glasgow Lobster...sOo mamy happy memories to treasure for a lifetime! THANKS•THANKS•THANKS to all the wonderful peoole at P.E.I. 🙂

Great location, excellent amenities
The location was perfect, the house was well kept, amazing views, and everything was fully stocked.
However, Dean was hard to get a hold of. He did not send any information about check in until he finally returned my message. This was less than 24hr before check in. Then on check in, the house had NOT been cleaned. We had to clean the house because I didn’t know if Dean was going to get back to me.After 4 of us cleaning for 2.5 hrs,Dean returned my call and had the cleaning lady come at 6:30pm. He gave us a free meal for the inconvenience but he never told us why the house was not cleaned, even though he knew we were arriving at 4pm. Dean does not reply to phone calls, emails or texts in an acceptable time. VRBO was not helpful in this situation either. Little compensation for a terrible situation and along travel day.
