We had a great stay at this property. The home was very nice, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was well kept and the overall experience was excellent. One small suggestion would be to include a bit more dishwasher cleaner and laundry detergent, along with a few extra amenities for longer stays. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice cabin other than a few things..Need better shower head upstairs..This place only has the Bear Necessities..Could use more silverware and would be nice to have towels for the hot tub.A dresser.. small one in the bedroom downstairs ..and I guess for us short people a step stool to get into bed..its soooo high up..Was nice seeing the bears off the deck..

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin overall and that you were able to see bears right from the deck, that's always a memorable Smoky Mountain experience! We appreciate you taking the time to share your suggestions as well. We'll be sure to pass along your comments. We also got a smile from your note about the bed height, it's true that some of our beds can be a bit of a climb for those of us who aren't quite as tall! Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We're happy to hear you enjoyed your time at the cabin and hope to welcome you back for another mountain getaway in the future.
