Lakefront home in Moultonborough, NH with a sandy beach/swimming area for the kids. A/C in master bedroom, 2 bedrooms on main floor, the main living area, and the downstairs game/tv room. 3 kayaks, canoe, 3 SUP's, and sunfish included (and possibly a rowboat, please ask). There's a float for swimming/fishing while a 28 foot dock accommodates your boat. Large lakeside patio with picnic table and an over sized deck with a propane grill for outdoor dining and cocktail hour. 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths (2 shower/tubs and 1 stall shower) provide plenty of room for 8 guests. Large living/dining area with fireplace and cable television. Foosball table. 3 TVs allow the kids to watch Disney while you watch what you want to. Broadband internet with wireless option. Want a day away from the lake? Hike Red Hill, Mt.Chocorua, Whiteface Mountain.......all nearby. Boat dock, swim raft and other seasonal amenities may/may not be available beginning mid Sept-mid June. Please note: the main living level with the kitchen, dining/living room, deck, stall shower are all one level up. Keep this in mind if any guests have an issue with stairs.

Fabulous Vacation Stay!

We had a great time staying at Pete's beautiful Lake House! The views are wonderful and we took advantage of the rowboat, canoe and kayaks. Communication was top-notch throughout our stay and the house was exactly as pictured. We would love to come back again.

Beautiful secluded retreat

This is a beautiful secluded house right on the lake. The house is large, fully equipped and exceedingly comfortable. The owner went out of his way to make certain that we had everything that we needed and that our stay would be a big success. We are already planning our return.

Great host. My family of 7 was very comfortable. Such a cool spot on the lake. This was our first, but definitely not last trip. We rented a boat. Glad we did. A necessity to see and experience it all.

10/10 - Exceptional Family Vacation We had an unforgettable stay at Pete’s lake house. It was truly an experience of a lifetime. The property was the perfect setting for our families needs and will live in our hearts forever. The house itself is spacious, clean and more than equipped, it offered everything we needed and much, much more. We all enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing from the dock and simply sitting enjoying the sun setting on the beach. The kitchen has everything you need, there is a bathroom on every floor and the living room was cozy with a tv and WiFi, so you don’t miss out on your favorite shows before retiring for the evening. Communication with Pete was excellent from start to finish. I’m trying to lock in dates for next year already. This place has everything that you could ever dream of!

Excellent location of lake and beautiful home

We really loved this home. Perfect layout for having teens have their own space and living room, and plenty of spaces to gather and hang out. Quiet cove that was very calm waters and easy docking, great private swim area and swim raft. Loved the neighborhood and location and will rent here again! Pete was very responsive and helpful for anything needed. Kitchen met all our needs and I cannot think of any negatives except the beds were hard and I would recommend mattress topper on them to make more comfortable.

New Year's Fairytale

Thanks to Pete, the owner, we had the most pleasant New Year's celebration of our lives. He told us everything about the house in great detail, and was available for any questions . The house is stocked so well, my wife didn't use any of the kitchen supplies she packed. The house itself is very cozy, clearly well taken care of, and the property is gorgeous. I could give ten stars, but this website only allows five.

Great family lakehouse

The house was better than expected with plenty of space for everyone. The kids had a blast on the beach, dock, raft, and watersports gear available. Perfect for a family getaway. It is tucked away and quiet while still not being to far away from destinations. Property manager was fantastic and very responsive with any questions. We are excited to come back next year.

Perfect getaway!

What a great place! It's spacious, it's clean, it's rural, it's quiet, it's very comfortable and above all, it's beautiful. Tucked away on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee, this place is an absolute gem. We had the fireplace roaring for 8 days straight and the view of the lake never gets old. Communication with the host is so easy and he'll make sure you'll have everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay, we'll be back for sure!

Terrific Lake place

The place is very spacious and open. Ample bedrooms and large bathrooms. Lots of water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks, sunfish sailboat, rowboat and nice beach to launch all of the water fun. Very quiet cove that is often shielded from any wind which makes it possible to be on the water often. Pete, the host, was extremely responsive. The place was immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of kitchen stuff for cooking. We hope to definitely return one day.

Perfect lake getaway

Before we arrived to this wonderful lake house, the owner was informative and helpful. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great open space and a large deck. Plenty of seating. The beach was perfect for our family. Our kids were in the water all day. We enjoyed swimming to the raft too! Kayaking and paddle boarding were great ways to explore the cove. We also got some fishing in. Very relaxing and beautiful vacation. The sunsets were a perfect way to end each day.
