A double wide trailer home located 1mile from 76 & DQ in the town of Goldendale, sets on 10 acre lot with pond. We have 5 koi fish in here, no fishing, no swimming is allowed. No skating during winter month where pond is icy and sleek. Golf cart temporarily unavailable. 3 bedrooms, has 2 queen bed and 1 full bed. Has 2 bathrooms. Entire kitchen is functional, spices, oven, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave etc. Bar height dining table and chairs seats six people.

Laundry washer and dryer could also be use, ironing board also available. TV along with the office table and another TV in the leaving room with couch and love seat with other 2 recliners (No sleeping in any of the furniture please). Sun room has patio set.

Guest has full access in the sun room.

Guest can use the BBQ grill provided at the back of the house. Enjoy picnic outside, can contact the host for folding tables and chairs.

House was nice and clean inside, some minor issues but nothing that diminished the visit. The outside property was a little cluttered and unkept but all in all not bad and the scenery was very cool. Daily wild animal sightings, deer, turkey and other misc birds, There was a spike along W/ a doe, and 2- 3 points grazing in the yard at one point.

Clean house, comfy rooms, awesome view. We stayed for the weekend to do some racing and white water rafting, this house was right in the middle of both events so it amade traveling to each location much more comfortable.

Beautiful location! Literally saw deer right outside the front door and sun porch. So close to Maryhill Stonehenge, the Maryhill Museum, and the Goldendale Observatory. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This was our second time staying at this location. It is so quiet and peaceful. The house is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. The sunroom is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. Would definitely stay again.

My family of 4 flew out to visit family in the area. The house was plenty big enough, very clean, and met all of our needs. We will definitely rent again when we come to visit family in the future.

Family Getaway

We were visiting family in Goldendale. The rental was great with lots of room for playing board games and sitting around and talking. My adult children loved being in the same rental with us. The place was nice and clean and close to the family we were visiting with.

The place was nicely furnished and clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. However, the television reception was non existent in the bedroom and the big bathtub in the master bedroom would not hold water, and both bathroom floors creak a lot which makes middle of the night bathroom visits quite noisy for the household. Lastly, the best part of the house was the sunroom and the views it provided of the back property (which includes a charming pond).

Plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 kids (3, 5, & 7). The sun porch is fabulous and we enjoyed lounging there with the view and the sun, and a few deer running through the meadow. We were in town for a weekend to visit family and felt right at home in this low key home. It would be great if the description had let us know the coffee maker could use k pods and ground coffee but it was super handy that it included the reusable pods. If you’re picky about your bed pillows, bring your own. There were many firm pillows (thick and thin) but none were soft and fluffable. I forgot to pack mine so I’m glad it was only 2 nights. Overall, this was a comfy stay and I’d definitely come back!

The Little (BIG!) House

The house is extremely comfortable with lots of room! It was sparkling clean and well set up with comfortable furniture. The beds are comfy and sleep came easy. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Excellent Long-Term Stay for Our Crew!

We rented this VRBO for a little over a month for our field crew to stay in during the work week, and it was a great experience! Our crew had no complaints, and the property suited our needs perfectly. The property manager was fantastic—easy to work with and very flexible throughout our stay.
