A unique marine experience. Location is excellent. Walkable and bikeable to historic downtown Sanford with theaters, music, breweries, riverwalk and much more. Jay’s floating home is first class. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Jay and Theresa.

This was an awesome houseboat. The accommodations were very cute and I loved the George Foreman grill that was available. The sunrise from the top deck was absolutely amazing!

This has truly been such an amazing weekend. This is an absolute immaculate and very well maintained home. And i say home because it gives the feel of a home. You can see this was a very well planned update and it shows in each and every detail in every room. Host communicated very well. So peaceful here and everyone at the marina is so very nice. Tons of shops , live music, parks, arts and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be booking again for weekend getaways.

Yes yes the security gate baffled me at first and I started to text the owner but someone came out and showed me how to unlock it, EVERYTHING else was 5 stars, I love that houseboat and the town was great everything with in a mile.

Great location. We walked everywhere in downtown Sanford. It felt bigger than I expected, especially the bathroom. For whatever reason there aren't any pictures of the shower in the listing, so I was expecting it to be tiny, but it is quite large. The kitchen has a large fridge with french doors and water/ice dispenser. I've never been on a houseboat before, so I was pleasantly surprised by all this.The mattress and pillows are very soft, so if that is your preference you will enjoy it.The two decks were also nice, but it was unusually windy this week.The only negative is that some of the dishes had been put away dirty. I think this is a procedural issue, as their check out instructions request the guests to wash the dishes and put them away, and clearly someone didn't do a good job.

We enjoyed our stay on the floating bungalow. It is the perfect location, a short walk to downtown and the many restaurants and breweries. We were also just steps from the river walk and near several beautiful parks.
