Nestled between olive trees, palm trees and blooming oleanders, those seeking tranquility have found their real home here in a true green oasis.

Our vacation home belongs to the municipality of San Vito dei Normanni. Casa Nidolino is a detached, alarm-protected house with 115 m² of living space, 1,800 m² of fenced property, terrace with a great garden kitchen and a flat roof with a roof terrace. So you enjoy absolute peace and privacy! 4 people can be accommodated in 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.

It was completely renovated in 2007 and 2017. Brindisi Airport is around half an hour's drive away, the beautiful city of Bari and the airport there are around 1½ hours away by car. Are you interested in a small and cheap rental car, such as B. a Fiat 500 Cinquecento? Talk to me! We would also be happy to arrange your airport transfer on arrival and departure.

LIVING AREA & GARDEN

Casa Nidolino has 2 bedrooms with double beds and seating and can therefore accommodate 4 people. An extra bed for small children is possible. You also have a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting dining room, a cozy living room and a modern bathroom with bidet. A washer and dryer are also available.

Start the sunny day with a delicious breakfast on the partially covered terrace. Embedded in a beautiful and green outdoor area, our large garden kitchen is an absolute highlight! Here you can prepare delicious delicacies and spend a romantic evening with your loved ones. A BBQ, gas stove, pizza oven, sink and a TV connection are available. Outside you will also find a separate shower with hot and cold water, as well as a separate bathroom with toilet and sink. Equipped with central heating, pellet stove and air conditioning, the house is suitable for rental all year round - summer as well as winter.

EQUIPMENT & SERVICE

Casa Nidolino offers you numerous amenities for an unforgettable and pleasant holiday. The house is fully equipped. Towels, hair dryer and bed linen are provided. All you have to do is enjoy your vacation. After your departure, the house will be cleaned by our staff, as well as towels and bed linen. In the kitchen you will also find pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, tea towels and an iron / ironing board.

You can park safely in the private parking lot in front of the house.


LOCATION & DISTANCE

Casa Nidolino belongs to the town of San Vito dei Normanni, a small Salentine municipality, about 9 km from the Adriatic coast and has a lot to offer in terms of culture and cuisine. In addition to the medieval old town with its churches, it offers a weekly market with typical regional products such as cheese, olives or pasta.

Distance to Brindisi airport about half an hour by car, to Bari you need about 1½ hours. Shops, supermarkets, doctors or an ATM can be found in the nearest San Vito die Normanni (just a few minutes by car). It is about 6 km to the beach / sea.

CLIMATE & TRAVEL TIME

Puglia is warm and sunny in spring with temperatures in April of 20 ° C. Summer lasts from May to the end of September, with 30 ° C and more reaching in July and August. Rain is hardly known in Puglia, the sea gets wonderfully warm up to 25 ° C. It stays warm until autumn, and only in December does the temperature drop below 20 ° C. The winter months remain mild with temperatures between 12 ° C and 15 ° C, but it can rain here and there.

From Gargano on the spur of the Italian boot, Puglia stretches along the Adriatic and Ionian seas to the heel of the boots.
