Happy Place Florida villa w/themed bedrooms, gameroom, walk to clubhouse !

Our vacation home is located in one of the nicest resort in the Disney/Orlando area. Windsor at Westside full of green spaces, is lush and has a tropical vibe ! Come back home from the Orlando-area attractions into a mediterranean-feel vacation that is sure to have you relax and unwind.

Here is what we love about our property : our home has no rear neighbours (lots of sun ! green views, more privacy!) an has a great pool with spa with a tiki vibe outdoor area. The entire house is well decorated and furnished, the kitchen has everything you could need (dozens of dishes, lots of wine glasses, kids plastic dishes, all sizes pots and pans !) . Out of 7 bedrooms, there are 4 themed bedrooms (Monsters Inc, Moana, Surf and Beach House) as well as 3 king master bedrooms. Make memories playing with your kids and friends : our climatized game room has a ping-pong table, a basketball game, foosball and kids air hockey !

Our home is in Windsor at Westside, home of a Mediterranean tropical inspired Clubhouse with 5-stars amenities. There you can enjoy the pool, lazy river, kids club, supervised activities, restaurant/bar and gym at a short walking distance (4 minutes).

This location is also a short drive to the Parks (avoiding busy I-4!) and close by Margaritaville trendy shopping and dining district as well as brand new (and affordable!) H2O waterpark.
