About this property

Waterfront Elk Lake with Dock, Mooring and excellent swimming . Enjoy a hot tub on the large deck or a cocktail sitting at our Tiki Bar, all while savoring the view of water 180 degrees around you. Low slope yard and close to wading spot for kids. Updated house with everything you'll need right on property yet so close to Traverse City, Elk Rapids or the Horse Show. In the winter months our Tiki Bar transforms into a Sauna.

Family Vacation

Every year my family rents a house for a week for our summer vacation. This was our first time staying at this property and it was perfect for our group! The house was beautifully decorated and clean, inside and out. It has a beautiful view of the water and a nice little beach area for the kids to play and swim. Our communication with Pat was timely and thorough, and he was a wonderful host. The house was close to both Elk Rapids and Traverse City, so you for the best of both worlds. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beach vacation and to be close to Traverse City!
