Welcome to this expansive four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath condo located right on the beach inside the Amelia Island Plantation!
This very spacious, multi-level condo with over 2400 sq feet is perfect for a family vacation or entertaining friends. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, private patio and balcony, living room and master bedroom; with large flat screen TVs, DVD player, a washer/dryer, plus free WiFi. The other bedrooms are ideal for large families consisting of 2 Kings and a set of twins on lower level. You're only steps from the beach or the community pool and only minutes to downtown Fernandina!

This property is not part of Omni’s resort, and does not give you access to any resort privileges or amenities.

Great Beach Location

My sister, her adult children and I enjoyed this condo. The access to Beach and pool were great. The space gave us the space we needed. We enjoyed the view greatly. We did find a couple of things that needed attention: rattling vent hood, lots of outlets did not work and vacuum completely jammed with dirt. Also, need curtains in the bedroom with twin beds - we hung a sheet up b/c we could see in a night. These are minors items - the place as a whole was good and was exactly what we needed.

The property manager was very attentive and nice, however I feel this particular property could use some updating as well as deep cleaning. There were stains on rug, light hanging from den ceiling, just not as clean as would be expected. Also, we have vacationed at AI for over 40 years. Once again, it’s become very evident that home owners in Windsong are not welcoming to renters in their area. Making comments, we don’t let it stop us, but it’s ridiculous. We do nothing to bother them, they want Windsong to be an exclusive property in AI. Those that have property such as this as an investment/rental should be aware and come to some sort of agreement that owners should not harass families coming in to rent for the week for a vacation.

Overall average property

We were all disappointed on the cleanliness of this property. It was "surface" clean, meaning the bathrooms and kitchen appeared to be have been cleaned. But there were dead bugs on the window sills, spider webs in the corners, and dirt/grim along the baseboards. The windows were so filthy it was difficult to enjoy the ocean view. Also there was a bad smell in two of the bedrooms, most likely mold from previous water damage. There were signs of water damage on the floors and ceiling. On the positive, the property itself was large enough to accommodate our family of 8 comfortably, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware.
