About this property

Stunning Sonoma County Home with Amazing Views

Sweeping views greet you as you come into this large comfortable home in Petaluma, California. There are 3 bedrooms plus a dedicated office. A large deck allows you to enjoy outside living. The house sits on 3 acres of rolling green grassland which turns a golden/brown color in the summer months.

Our home is large (3,000 sq. ft), recently renovated and extremely comfortable. The views are spectacular.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom ensuite
There are 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed.
There is a large dedicated office/getaway space. There is a queen size air mattress available should you want to bring in 2 additional guests. There is a family room with a large TV (75"). There is a separate living room to enjoy.
There are 2 fireplaces.
The kitchen is open with stools at the counter plus a breakfast nook table that seats 4.
There is a separate dining room that seats 8.
The deck has a sofa and chairs facing the lovely view.

Enjoy downtown with many unique restaurants and charming shops, a performing arts venue, movie theaters and several waterside points of interest along the Petaluma River. Sonoma County is home to award winning wineries, stunning countryside and breathtaking coastline,

Its location in Sonoma County puts it within easy reach of many wineries as well as those in Napa County. It is only 25 miles to the ocean with multiple beach options. There is a world class city, San Francisco, only 38 miles to the south. Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada Mountains are 3.5 hours away by car and Yosemite Park is 4 hours away. There are many regional parks close to our home for outdoor activities including hiking.

My wife, mother in law, baby and I had a great stay. The house is fantastically laid out, every room feels cozy, yet there is an open floor plan. It was clean, the owners are attentive. Great neighborhood and views. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

Karen and Terence were fantastic hosts and the property is incredible. At the end of an idyllic cul-de-sac, the house overlooks a gorgeous hill and gets the most beautiful light. Everything in the post is reflected accurately in the property. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! I hope we can come back someday!

Wonderful home

We had a large group stay at this house for a week and we couldn’t have been happier. The location is absolutely amazing and the views are beautiful. The owners are responsive and happy to help with anything. We needed or wanted for nothing while there, the house was well stocked and everything was in pristine condition. Will rent again!
