House is great for two groups of families. kitchen and living room-playroom in center of house. Master bedroom one side of house and two other rooms the other side of house.Grandparents with 2 parent and 3 kids. Prefect house.
Our stay was fabulous. What a perfect home for a group! The arcade games and ping-pong table were great, and I loved the piano and guitar were nice, if we would of stayed longer we could of had a sing-along! Comfy beds, plenty of blankets, well-stocked full kitchen! The master bath is very fancy and beautiful.
This is a beautiful property, clean, spacious, calming, relaxing and everything you need to cook, barbecue, and allowed the small dogs and the host was very helpful with everything Than you Tami and we would recommend it to our family and friends
Great communication, extremely clean, and very nice property! The ping pong table, video games, and pinball were a huge hit. We would love to stay here again! Thank you
We loved our visit to Williams and staying at this home was one of the highlights. We went to the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, the Canyon Coaster and many other adventures and my kids and the adults are talking more about the Pinball machine and game room than anything else. LOL! We had a great time and will look up staying here again in the future!
We had a great experience. The house was very clean and the communication with Tami was great. The game room was the perfect spot for entertainment for my family!
I can’t say enough about this wonderful house or our wonderful host. Everything exceeded our expectations. We were there for six weeks and wished it could’ve been much longer. Our host instantly responded to any question we had and resolved any issues immediately. Multiple games and instruments that were fun for adults and children. Mattress was great. Huge closet, which was wonderful and state of the art bathroom. We loved everything and plan on coming back.
The house was lovely . Plenty of room and things for the kids to do. Great location. However, the screen door locked itself behind us and locked us out of the house 3 times. The owner did not respond when I called the number provided on 3 occasions. Owner finally responded when I called VRBO and explained the problem. Turns out the owner knew of this problem and their solution was to take out the lower section of screen and have the guest reach their hand in and up to use your finger tip to unlock the screen. Wouldn't it be better to change door lock or the entire screen door???
We are so glad we decided to stay in Williams. Williams is a beautiful little historic town directly in the middle between Grand Canyon and Sedona. The house was great, perfect for what we needed for a family of 5. Location and size were perfect. Kids loved the ping pong table. My only dislike would be the master bed is as firm as you could ever imagine. But still overall give this house and Williams 5 stars!
This was our second time staying at this property & was generally a good experience again. The location is perfect especially for free snow play/sledding as there’s a spot within walking distance of the property. The property could use some more kid friendly dishes/cups (i.e. plastic) as all the kitchen has are glass cups or coffee mugs. Also the doors to the bunk room, secondary bathroom & master are difficult to shut or open. Inevitably you will wake others sleeping in those rooms when opening or closing the doors. The kids loved the games & ping pong table but they need some new ping pong balls as all were cracked causing them not to always bounce properly. The property is easy to locate with adequate parking & room to spread out. With a few touch ups it would be a 5 star choice for families.
We were very pleased with the size of the home and bedrooms. The game room was a blast. The kitchen large but lacked basic cooking ingredients. Bathrooms were large, but shower temperature was difficult to regulate. We were disappointed there was not a net on the court.
Overall we were pleased and enjoyed our stay.
My granddaughter wanted to go to Arizona for her ninth birthday and have a sleepover with friends and family. We chose this property because if it’s location and amenities. It turned out to be the perfect place for our family to enjoy our time together. The kids had an absolute blast! We will definitely be looking at this property again for future family get together
Other than having to air out the house for several hours after we got there because of the cleaning product , Reeked of Lysol ,that I was allergic to , It’s a great house for families. In our downtime had games to play ping-pong table, etc. Especially was nice was the comfortable robes and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Would come again
Great location. Super comfortable beds. Amazing primary bathroom. Very clean. The ping pong table and arcade games were a hit. A grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby. A one hour drive to the South Rim.
We wish we had more time to explore the town.

Overall it was a great property. It would be nice to have some better options for watching television. We didn’t understand why some of the lamps didn’t work. There was also a strong smell from the cleaner that was used before we got there. The game room was really fun and the master bedroom and bathroom are wonderful.
