Slidt men hyggelig lejlighed

Slidt ældre lejlighed som trænger til renovering, specielt badeværelse og køkken. Mangler blandt andet ophæng til bruser. Alt fungerer dog fint, og der er en god terrasse og ikke mindst en skøn, stor pool. Emsige underboer brokkede sig en del, selvom vi ikke larmede noget særligt.

Un appartement dans les oliviers très bien agencé et très agréable à vivre. Une piscine exceptionnelle et une végétation très présente entre les immeubles. Environnement calme et reposant à 1 km de Vence et très proche de Saint-Paul de Vence et de Nice. Une destination à recommander et un logement à la hauteur.

God lejlighed i rolig ejendom

En rigtig fin lejlighed med retro-stemning tæt på Vence. Dejlig stor terrasse med udsigt over haven. Lejligheden er i en meget pæn og rolig ejendom med mange ældre. Poolen er skøn, men der er mange regler om brug af pool og have, så stedet egner sig efter vores mening bedst til personer som rejser uden børn.

Nichée dans la végétation méditerranéenne, bien située pour explorer l'arrière pays et la Côte, avec une jolie piscine très propre. Bon équipement de l'appartement -climatisé-. Bon rapport qualité/prix en septembre.

Charming Setting

Enjoyed 4 days in very comfortable apartment with sunny balcony. Lovely communal pool and easy walking distance to lovely Vence. Only one major downside which may prevent us from booking again...that is arrangement for key collection. It is unacceptable for two pensioners to have to go from the airport into centre of Nice which in the opposite direction to the flat. In a taxi it would cost probably 80 euros. There has to be a better arrangement.
