Private: swimming pool angular, heated (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, storage room for bicycles. Available: bicycles (4). Parking at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 2 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 1.4 km, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km, public bathing area 16 km. Riding stable 500 m, walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: Amusement park 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
