While the resort staff were very accommodating and the amenities on property were enjoyable, the rental unit itself fell drastically short of expectations. It is advertised as upscale, but there is frankly nothing luxury about the housing itself, which suffered from numerous maintenance failures, cleanliness issues, and a pest problem.Pest Issues:We spotted cockroaches inside the unit (in the kitchen and living room), followed by a hoard of them outside on the balcony at night.Electrical & Appliance Problems:None of the electrical outlets worked in the master bathroom.Outlets were also completely dead in the double-bed bedroom (the one without the kitchenette).The microwave made a loud, concerning grinding noise whenever run.The dryer in the master bathroom malfunctioned and ruined bathing suits.Condition & Maintenance:There was no shower head attached in the master bathroom. To the owner's credit, maintenance came out and installed one the same day, but this should have been caught prior to check-in.Neither bathroom had a toilet paper roll holder installed.All kitchen and storage cabinets looked dirty, worn, and neglected.The loveseat couch cushion had zero bottom support, sinking straight through when sat on.The resort grounds are lovely, but until the owner invests in thorough pest extermination, repairs the electrical wiring, replaces worn furniture, and deep cleans the cabinetry, we cannot recommend staying here until

Property had a great view and all the amenities/pool/hot tub were good. But the unit needs serious upgrades, not worth the price. Fridge was broken and bathroom doors were not locking. Maintenance was responsive and the people on the phone was really helpful. Overall great stay could have been better with the upgraded beds and kitchen.

This is a great place to stay. Their staff is incredibly helpful and nice. The view is to die for. The bed is comfortable. The shower is great with perfect temperature. Would highly recommend!!
