This beautiful space is furnished with modern furniture, hardwood floors, marble countertops, and large windows/glass doors for lots of natural light. There is plenty of room to cook a delicious meal while entertaining in the open floor plan adjoining the spacious living, dining, and TV room areas. The windows and doors open up to a massive brand new ipe wood deck and lower spaces throughout the sprawling backyard, including a full-sized bocce court and multiple areas to enjoy Santa Barbara’s legendary indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

Our home also features a Tesla charger/EV charger that we will make available during your stay.
