Large 1/3 acre private lot in quiet, interior cul-de-sac. This one-level 3300 Sq. Ft. 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom resort style home. Includes a separate One Bedroom Suite Casita with private bathroom.

The custom-designed huge outdoor firepit brings a cozy atmosphere while enjoying your meal or a late-night cocktail glancing at the 2 cascading waterfalls that light up at night.
Pool controller for the pool and spa allows you to control all pool and spa functions from inside the house.

Bedroom 2, This quiet east facing bedroom features 2 new queen beds, luxury linens, and a brand-new Samsung Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 has the benefit of a separate entrance off the quiet inner courtyard at the front of the house. This room has a comfortable new King size bed and a new Samsung 55” Smart TV. There is a full bath and shower in the hallway that is shared with Bedroom 4. (Jack-Jill)
