Easy check in, great communications with the owners, and a GREAT walking location to all the local shops and diners! Sitting on the porch in the evening is very nice because you can watch deer walk right up to you as well.

The property is in a great location and reasonably priced. The rooms and bedding were not clean and the house could definitely use a facelift.

We had a very nice stay at The Guides House and would not hesitate to book there again. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond when we reached out to him. The house was both clean and comfortable. We did have a little trouble with the lockbox but with a little perseverance were able to get it to work. A very positive experience.
