New tradition for our family

We spent Christmas 2023 and Christmas 2024 at this penthouse. It is clean, spacious and has great views. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to have a great week at the beach. The check in and check out process is easy. We look forward to staying there next year.

We had an outstanding stay at this penthouse—truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised - the view is unbeatable. The location was a huge highlight. The proximity to the Alba Pizza was phenomenal, and Shipwreck is just steps away—a fun, laid-back bar during the day but jamming on weekends - was perfect. It was also incredibly easy to walk to Frenchy’s and several other great restaurants nearby, which made everything so convenient.Most importantly, the hosts were perfect—responsive, accommodating, and made the entire experience seamless.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in an unbeatable location.

Quiet Beach Condo

No problems except broken can opener. Property manager jumped right on it. Grill by pool was perfect and alway available. I could imagine times that just 1 grill could be a problem. Beach is not near as crowded as it is by the pier and south. Kids loved it. Condo is a bit dated but served us well. Laundry machines worked great. Unit is loaded with lots of beach stuff
