New designer Kitchen with Gannet countertops installed Fall 2021 also new upstairs bath,Fireplace living room with attached dining room. Den/tv room off kitchen. Brick Home originally built in 1812 addition added last century. 5% discount if you rent for both July and August

They have a daughter and grandchildren who live in Marblehead as well. We go to Maine in July and August every Summer so for the first time decided to rent out Home
Why they chose this property
If you are a family that likes harbors, beach and Historic Marblehead is a perfect place to rent. Our brick house was built 1812 and has kept its Historic charm thank in part to Marblehead's "Old and Historic Commission" which requires any changes in public view to be approved. Our approximately 5000 sq ft lot makes for perfect outside eating and admiring the beautiful designer installed Landscaping
