Feel an immediate sense of relaxation the second you walk through the front door and take in the beautiful lake view. Bike Little Sugar trails and then spend the afternoons in the hot tub, swimming, kayaking or SUP! BBQs on the huge deck are epic. The Beach at Lake Avalon is a short walk, swim, or paddle away. Indoors is a pingpong table, games, books, a Peloton bike, & poker table. The kitchen is well-stocked with high end appliances, spices, coffee, etc. The time to have fun and relax is now! Guests have full and exclusive access to the house, yard and dock. Rural, lakeside setting that is still close to all of the top attractions in the area. Please note that the property is located in a private community with a Property Owner Association (POA). Please provide us with the names of each guest if you wish to use community amenities such as beach, recreation centers, indoor/outdoor pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts etc.. We will create individual passes prior to your arrival. There will be a discounted GUEST FEE for some activities that will be required of guests.
