Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with a spectacular view of Kalkan Bay

Set in the hillside overlooking Kalkan Bay and harbour, this beautiful villa has fabulous sea views and private pool (10m x 3.5m x 1.55m deep) with integrated childrens pool. There are good levels of privacy. Living areas comprise, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a stylish and modern living area with WIFI and smart TV. There is also a games room with a table tennis table.
The Villa sleeps 8 in 3 en-suite bedrooms, (two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom and a sofa bed in lounge). There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
Kalkan is known for its many super quality restaurants, which are also relatively cheap.
Kalkan town is about 20 minutes walk away, there are taxis easily available for your return journey. Bars and supermarkets are easily accessible.

Stunning Villa, Stunning Views

This villa is amazing, finished to a very high standard and the views are incredible. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures. My partner and I loved every minute of our stay and our host Nurtac was brilliant, she answers messages quickly and sorted an issues out straight away, her sister even helped when our transfer driver got lost. Highly recommended from us

Great location and villa

First i woluld like to thank the manager for her kind welcomin. The villa have a fabulous view, nice swimming pool nice garden.. Definitely it will be our choice in Kalkan Best wishes

Fantastic Villa

The villa was amazing, clean and cozy. Communication with the host was quick and easy via WhatsApp. The pool was lovely and the views and sunsets were perfect. Only down side, the walk down into the town (about 15mins) but very very steep. Also we were surprised that most places wanted GBP and not TL or Euro.

Fabulous Villa and views

This villa was INCREDIBLE! Super modern, extremely clean with everything you could need. There was only two of us, but it would be very spacious for 6 people. The villa also felt very secure. The views from the whole property were superb and the pool area was totally private with no one overlooking you. Al bedrooms were large and featured fantastic views and each had a balcony and their own bathroom with showers (which would be preferable when travelling as a group) The linen was lovely, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved using the BBQ each day and dining overlooking the sea. In October the sun was on the property all day. Due to the amazing views, like much of Kalkan it was a very steep walk down to the town, only 15 minutes but you could get a taxi if preferred and taxis are very efficient and come if you whatsapp them. Good contact with the owner, who always responded promptly. We had a very late flight and as no one was checking in the next day, we were able to stay until late, which we so appreciated. We loved every second at this villa and would absolutely recommend this villa.

Bester Ausblick in Kalkan

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenden und einem Kind zu Gast in diesem schönen Haus. Für uns war das wichtigste, dass wir eine schöne Terrasse mit einem super Ausblick über das Meer haben. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, der Ausblick war genial. Die Terrasse war gut eingerichtet, man hatte genug Liegen für 6 Personen, eine schöne Sitzgruppe und einen großen Esstisch. Das Haus liegt oben auf einer Anhöhe. Die Anfahrt muss man mögen, die ist sehr steil. Aber nach 1-2 Tagen, haben wir das easy gemeistert. Der Vermieter war immer gut erreichbar, wenn wir Probleme hatten. Rundum war es ein schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank.
