Large 6 Bedroom House, Great Location and Valley Views

This large two story house in the hills, South of Ventura Blvd., features large rooms, all with TVs. Enjoy the Hollywood themed decore, this property perfect for families and dogs. Relax in the jacuzzi, shoot some hoops on the basketball court or fire up the BBQ, you have lots of choices. A perfect West Valley location puts you close to the fantastic restaurants of Ventura Blvd.and shopping malls. Universal Studios and Hollywood's Walk of Fame can be as close as 20 - 25 minutes away.. Malibu and Santa Monica beaches are just over the hill. The rooms are fun and have an eclectic feeling. The large kitchen opens into a family room. After sunset checkout the lights of the San Fernando Valley from the backyard and master bedroom where you can enjoy a drink on the master bedroom's balcony. Being completely transparent we are trying to conserve water, so the lawns will be replaced, but for the time being it's patchy. You can still play a game of cornhole or toss a ball around without a problem. We hope you'll be one of our first guests.

Wonderful Stay

Steve was such a gracious host! He communicated with us about little things we might be able to use for the kids. The house was beautiful and very large, it was accommodating for our large group with many places to find a quiet spot to relax. Thank you Steve for a fabulous weekend.

Pepperdine graduation family trip excellence day

The house is so much bigger than the picture show! So much fun stuff to do in the backyard. It was absolutely amazing, we met the owner who came by to give us some pointers. He was very friendly accommodating and gave us lots of tips. I would highly recommend this to anybody!

Beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay at the property, everything was exactly as advertised! The view was amazing, really nice quiet neighborhood close to many stores and restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the kids really enjoyed playing ping pong, bean bags, and especially the basketball hoop. The yard is enormous, and inside there is plenty of common space and a very large dining table. The hot tub was perfect too and plenty of parking. Definitely would come back.
