Spacious and cozy 3 room apartment for up to 9 guests - Central, but quiet and inexpensive - to explore a perfect starting point to Dresden and its environs.
Located on the 2nd floor we offer a 3 - room apartment with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a balcony. The apartment size is 86 m² and is suitable for 3-9 persons. Much of the Wänder was embellished by a resident artist with great paintings.
The living hall with a sofa-bed (folding - Sofa: 1.40 m) equipped and a large dining table. The three bedrooms each have a single bed, two of the bedrooms also have a double bed.
+ All beds are made up with sheets.
+1 2 extra beds are possible.
+ Internet lies in the apartment.
+ Every 14 days there is a free cleaning.
+ Parking for your car is located directly at the house.
+ In the courtyard there is parking for your car.
+ Internet via Wi-Fi can be used.
+ All beds are made up with sheets.
+ For longer rental periods every 14 days there is a free cleaning.

The property is located on the Weißeritz and has a beautiful garden.

Problemloser Check-in, gemütliche Altbauwohnung, liebevoll dekoriert, genügend Handtücher verfügbar! Die Schlafräume lassen sich nicht vollständig abdunkeln, wer da empfindlich ist, sollte eine Schlafmaske mitbringen. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, ca 10 Minuten Fahrt bis zur Innenstadt.

Service und Kommunikation sind wirklich richtig gut. Alles gut beschrieben für den Check-in. Unterkunft im guten Zustand und sauber. Nur das WLAN hätte für die Kids besser sein können.
