You`ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay in this unique second floor apartment in a historic Scottsville building. Perfect for families!

There are four bedrooms: two with queen beds and two with twin beds.

Walking distance to ice cream, pizza, artisan coffee and Scottsville Diner. Scottsville Ice Arena is just minutes away!

Pets are welcome if approved, please enquire. Pet fee is $20/night/pet. Discounted pet fee for longer stays.

Open concept, with separate bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishware, pots, etc. Gas range for cooking.

All you need to bring is your groceries!

Please note: There is an emergency exit door in the apartment that gives access to an outside staircase down to a parking lot (see photos in the listing).
It auto-locks from the outside, so no one can access the apartment, but doesn`t lock from the inside, so please take care with small children who may be curious.

You have access to the complete second floor.

The only other occupant in the building is the Airbnb owner, who has an office on the first floor.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
