We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was close to downtown and we had a couple of nice runs and bike rides along the river. There are also some nice restaurants within walking distance.
A very lovely property in a great, convenient, and quiet neighborhood location. Just as expected by the pictures provided. Would absolutely stay again with such a gracious and responsive host.
From a seamless check-in to an easy exit this property really offered the best of Rochester! Great neighborhood with easy access and proximity to restaurants and shops. The interior was equally satisfying with a good kitchen, great living space and large bedrooms. The property was well furnished and commutation with Jennifer was easy and efficient. Highest recommendations.
Place was super close to the convention I was going to and very clean. The check in process was a little confusing cause Google took us to the backdoor instead of the front. However the host was very quick to respond so we got in just fine. The house was very clean, in an awesome neighborhood. The parking was a little confusing but no one got a ticket so no big issues there. Will definitely stay again next year if it's still available.
In an extremely car-centric city, this was a very nice escape, in a great location along the bike path and near downtown. The owner clearly made a lot of effort to make it a nice experience. The main issue, for those getting in and out by car, is the odd situation with parking, in which you have a one-hour window each day to move your car from one side of the road to the other. I'd suggest making the garage available, to avoid that hassle, and to help with the use of a bike. Otherwise, great place!
I really loved this experience and so did my (adult) daughter. The condo is beautiful and very well-appointed. There's a lovely view of the Genesee from the living room. The neighborhood is spectacular and amazingly quiet. I literally want to move here! This wasn't a vacation. We were in town for my mom's funeral and spent the whole weekend either at church or visiting with my large family in other rentals. So I had no chance to check out shopping/restaurants/other attractions in the near vicinity. But it was a short drive to streets that were loaded with restaurants and shops. Rochester has improved tremendously since I moved away 50 years ago! I'm serious when I say I would like to move home--and to Corn Hill in particular.
