The Regent was exactly as described. Clean, well stocked and just lovely. The front porch was a great spot to sit for morning coffee. It was an easy walk to great restaurants. Close enough for a 15 minute walk or a few minute drive to several museums..

The house was adorable, just as advertised, and was very clean. The location was wonderful— close to good shops and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood. The off street parking was a great perk. Will definitely consider staying here again when we return to Rochester.

This property sits on a quiet tree-lined street walking distance from all the restaurants and coffee shops of park avenue. It had a lot of space and the decor is upscale retro. We really enjoyed our stay.

Such a pleasant stay

We were visiting Rochester for a weekend long swim meet and all of the hotels were booked or really expensive. I’m so glad I found this gem because it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and centrally located for us. Would definitely stay here again.
