Quiet clean and comfortable

Beatriz was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house was homey and felt clean. The patio out back was comfortable and the flower garden was beautifully. We were 5 adults staying the weekend for a religious convention. And we want stay here again if available next year! Thanks for everything!

Great place to stay.

A clean house in a quiet neighborhood. All the amenities of home. Convenient location in Henrietta, a major retail and restaurant hub of the Rochester area.

Very nice house to stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice having three bedrooms and two baths and a cozy living room. The location was perfect for our outings on the two days. We would be happy to stay there next year.

Fantastic Stay!

The house was located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, but near to everything. Extremely clean, well appointed and excellent owner communications. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

We chose the homey ranch for our stay when visiting Rochester. I’m certainly glad we did. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend staying here

Comfortable home away from home!

Quiet neighborhood location. Home owner very accessible to answer questions. House is well-equipped and cozy, while also having plenty of space for our family to spread out. Location is awesome!

Lovely, quiet and convenient

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home away from home. The neighborhood was so quiet, and the house was warm, cozy and comfortable. Beatriz was so very thoughtful with her attention to detail and made sure that if we are ever in the Rochester area in the future, we would definitely want to stay at her place again. Amazing stay

The house is beautiful and immaculate. The owner was so easy to work with. The house has all the extra amenities like spices and coffee and condiments. We have stayed in many homes and this was by far the best. It was honey and even provided games for us. She was so easy to work with and so accommodating. We already booked it for our son's graduation.

Cozy home in the perfect location

This property was absolutely perfect for my 2 week stay. The home has everything you need to feel at home. It is very clean and cozy. Having use of the garage was a huge bonus for January! With grocery and drug stores just 2 min away…. And all the shopping you could need within 10 min the location is great. 12 min to the hospital and 15 to the airport! I travel to ROC for work and would definitely stay again!

Cozy country house

My husband, SIL and I booked Beatriz’s house for the weekend to visit nearby family. It was the perfect location! The house is inviting, clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The bedrooms have plenty of space and comfy beds. Beatriz responded quickly to any questions I had throughout the booking. Wegman’s and Tim Horton’s are right around the corner. We will be back again! Thank you.

The Peaceful, Homey, Rochester Ranch

We came up to Rochester for a little R and R, and couldn’t have more positive things to say about our stay. This was our first VRBO experience, and it couldn’t have any better thanks to our host. Beatriz was very gracious and took the time to answer all of our questions. Can’t thank you enough! The property was VERY clean, well maintained. The TV room and backyard were great! The neighborhood was peaceful and the location of the property was in a great spot! Thank you so much again BG, we’ll be back!

Charming, comfortable, and efficient use of amenities. Advertised 2nd bathroom, but didn't mention it was down in the basement. The upstairs bathroom had no outlit easily accessible for a hairdryer or night light. It was inside the back of the sink cabinet. A night light and fan would have been nice in the upstairs bathroom.

PERFECT Vacation Rental

I would recommend this beautiful home to everyone!! Great price. Great location. And amazing host. Clean and well stocked - this host has thought of everything! I've stayed at many rental houses over the years and this one was by far the most well stocked and comfortable. Beatriz was a wonderful host who answered every question immediately and had everything we could possibly need ready for us. The house had tons of blankets, pillows, and plenty of toiletries for the shower. Even blankets on each couch for those chilly nights. Washer and dryer in the basement complete with laundry soap and dryer sheets! Beatriz even had a blow dryer, flat iron, and curling iron in the main bathroom! Normally rentals have one roll of tp per bathroom and barely enough soap to wash a few dishes but this house had extra of everything - soap, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. You wouldn't need to pack anything but your clothes which is so unusual and a wonderful surprise. The kitchen had plenty of refrigerated condiments, even sugar and creamer for our coffee the first morning. Fully equipped complete kitchen including a convenient pod coffee maker so you can bring your favorite flavored pods from home. 3 separate bedrooms were all clean, spacious and comfortable with nice closets and hangers. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and only 3 minutes away from Wegmans and plenty of restaurants. To make this house perfect, I would love to have a tv in the master bedroom but that's just being picky lol I highly recommend this rental for the comfort, convenience, and wonderful host! Thank you Beatriz for making our stay in Rochester absolutely wonderful!!

My family and I have stayed at this lovely home, numerous times. We spent our last three Thanksgivings here, an east coast summer trip, some smaller in between visits with our daughter as she performed with Garth Fagan Dance, and our recent trip for our daughter’s wedding. Beatriz’s home has become our home, away from home. We love the charming, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We have enjoyed morning walks both in the neighborhood and nearby Tinker Nature Center. The location of the home makes for a lovely, short ride to Pittsford. There are many nearby stores, to meet numerous needs, including a Wegman’s, CVS, and dollar store. On this most recent trip, we made time to enjoy the backyard and bbq. However, the absolute best thing about staying here is Beatriz. She goes above and beyond for her guests. She truly cares about creating a pleasant visit. She does all of the little things, which add up to one big, outstanding experience. In all of our visits, we have never had one negative moment or issue, and that is because of Beatriz. We’ll definitely be back.
