The home was warm and inviting. Everything we could have needed was already provided even things I wouldn’t have thought about ahead of my trip. The host reached out to us multiple times during our stay and responded quickly when we reached out to her. wonderful yard, wonderful location would definitely stay again and will definitely recommend to everyone I meet.

This home was perfect for our stay in Rochester! It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The home was well laid out, clean, and comfortable for our multi-generational family’s stay. The neighborhood offers a quiet escape while being close to Rochester. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and backyard is lovely. We will be booking again when we return for another family reunion! Beatriz was quick to communicate - and very flexible with our family.

This house is clean and comfortable. The property is well maintained with a nice backyard. It's 15 minutes or less to all of Rochester and the surrounding area. The only quirk is the second bathroom is in the basement. However, we would definitely stay there again and it added to our enjoyment of the trip.

The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The location is a short drive to grocery stores and about 12 minutes to RIT. Beatriz was communicative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much we will likely reach out to rent again.

Very clean, comfortable and beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping & restaurants. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and spacious. Our stay (4 adults), was just overnight, so we didn't need cooking supplies, but appreciated the cups and dishes available. We would love to stay here again.

The host was super easy to communicate with. House was very clean. Great decor! One minor thing that I would suggest to the host would be to add a hand towel holder in the main bathroom, so the hand towel doesn’t have to sit on the little sink. I would also recommend a few more towel hooks on the door (our family uses our bathing towels more than once.) that being said, there were plenty of towels and they were of good quality which I appreciate. Great shower! Nice to have a bench to put items on while we were in the shower. A second minor thing, would be to provide the first days coffee pods for the coffee maker. There were some tea bags, but my husband doesn’t drink tea. He looked for coffee pods as he saw the excellent coffee maker, but there wasn’t any. Again, the flip side was that the kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes for us to use. I loved that the ice maker had enough ice for us to use for our short two night stay. I love ice, so was very pleased there was some readily available for my evening water. I would definitely rent from this house again if we need to stay in the area overnight. Highly recommend!

This home was extremely clean and inviting! It felt like a home away from home. My family and I really enjoyed our stay while here on business. The kitchen was clean and cozy, and had everything we needed for an entire week. Restaurants and shopping were close by and its location was super convenient for all our needs. The host was exceptionally kind and reached out to accommodate any extras we may need during our stay, they also contacted us during unforeseen weather to ensure we had everything we needed and updated us with important information we needed to know. We felt very safe and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We will most definitely stay again in the future and will recommend others to stay here as well!
