Welcome to this stylish, light-filled home with beautiful linens and furniture! This is the perfect size apartment for one or two couples or a small family. This is the perfect spot if you are looking for an extended vacation, a change of scenery, or an extended stay.

THE SPACE
Welcome to this beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath, second floor condominium. Walk to shops and restaurants. Just 1 mile to Newport Beach's iconic Fashion Island, 2 miles to Corona Del Mar Beach or Balboa Island. This home was just remodeled with new blonde hardwood flooring, quartz kitchen, and carrera marble bath. The living space offers an open floor plan kitchen, living & dining room that opens up to a very private enclosed patio with bbq.

The bedrooms have clean and comfortable beds with large closets for storage and blackout drapery for restful sleep.

We include two bicycles, two beach chairs, and beach towels for your enjoyment.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests can access the full condominium, the 1 car garage, and the community pool area.

Our superintendent stayed here a few months while we were working on a job in Anaheim. Great location just outside of Anaheim in a gated community. The host was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely recommend and keep this on our list for next time.
