With comfortable bedrooms, inviting living spaces, and a private backyard made for enjoying the Arizona sunshine, this home is a great place to relax and spend time together. Conveniently located near Papago Park, Old Town Scottsdale, golf, dining, shopping, and outdoor attractions, it’s a comfortable home base for family vacations, golf trips, group getaways, and sunny desert escapes.

This comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers an easygoing layout with plenty of space to relax, gather, and make yourself at home. The bright living area provides a comfortable spot to unwind after a day of exploring Scottsdale, while the dining area and well-equipped kitchen make it easy to enjoy meals together.

The three bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, making the home a great fit for families and groups traveling together. With everything you need for a relaxing stay, you can settle in and enjoy a little downtime between Scottsdale adventures.

Step outside and you`ll find a private backyard that`s made for enjoying the Arizona weather. Take a dip in the pool, practice your short game on the putting green, or fire up the grill and enjoy a meal together under the covered outdoor dining area. There`s plenty of room to lounge, dine, and spend time outside without having to leave home.

When you`re ready to explore, you`ll be close to Papago Park and some of Scottsdale and Phoenix`s favorite attractions, restaurants, golf courses, shopping, and entertainment. Whether you spend the day out exploring or stay home by the pool, this home gives you a comfortable place to come back to and enjoy the best of the Arizona sunshine.

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.

A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.

Please note that we set our pool temperatures between 76 to 78 degrees. It takes about 12-16 hours for the pool to fully heat.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s fire pit. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

- Strict “No house party” policy! Anyone planning to have a party should book elsewhere.

- All City of Scottsdale noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health related issues
