Absolutely loved our stay at the Scarlett cottage! It was located in close proximity to downtown Franklin, we were able to walk to a fantastic little coffee shop at the end of the Eastview Circle, and the beds were probably some of the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in while away from home. Definitely recommend!

I also sent a follow-up message notifying you when it was ready for check-in. This place was everything it was listed to be. Cozy and inviting. We had a group of 5 ladies and it was great to have a place we could sit and talk in comfort. Very clean. Highly recommended!

What an amazing cottage - this is one of the best VRBO stays we've had; we thought the charm of the place was amazing - turns out the owner of the cottage owns an antique store which explains her great taste in design (go check out the store - Scarlett Scales Antiques in Franklin).Cottage is well equipped with everything you need for a stay - just bring yourself and enjoy. We enjoyed sitting out in the morning on the back patio and watching the birds and jack rabbits that happened along while we were there.Central to everything, Franklin, Leiper's Fork and Nashville. We're already talking about another longer stay next March as we enjoyed it that much.You won't go wrong booking this cottage.

The house was uniquely decorated! Close to downtown and plenty of sleeping spaces. The backyard could use a little cleaning up as well as the porch furniture overall great place to stay.

The house was clean and cozy. A great location, near downtown Franklin and easy to get to the highway to go to other places. I felt like my kids were safe at the house. We enjoyed our stay!

Quaint and comfortable

We were four girlfriends/family celebrating milestone birthdays. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the antiques and homey decor. Enjoyed exploring the town of Franklin and history of the area. Location was good, but had to drive to downtown. Would recommend.
