Very comfortable. Cindy was prompt in her response and very helpful. Nice large parking area if you bring a boat. The neighborhood boat ramp was a bit narrow and steep for our boat but Wolf Creek is a 5min drive.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at the property. The place seems newer and everything was clean. We had two boat with us and there was parking space to fit both. The hosts were accommodating and very kind.

Perfect location if your trip includes Grand Lake!

Unit is brand new. Great location. Plenty of room to park a boat and super close to the boat launch! If we ever make it back to Grand Lake, we will defiantly be staying here again!

Fishing Tournament

We stayed here for a Bassmaster National Fishing Tournament and everything was absolutely perfect! I called the hosts and my phone call was returned immediately. We will definetly be staying here again!

Great host and location

My fishing partner and myself were looking for something small for just the two of us. Cindy and Kent are great host and great with communication. They have plenty of room for boats and outside outlets for charging. Will be booking again in the future.

Very clean, easy to check in, and access to private boat ramp. Slept comfortable with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Plenty of parking. Will book again in the future!

Upstairs get away

Clean space located above a business. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. The description did not say it was upper level so if stairs are a concern this would not be a place for you. I also says it sleeps five but the sofa would not be a comfortable bed. We also have to purchase our own hand soap as there was none in either the bathroom or kitchen. The pictures also show lake access but the apartment is not on the lake. Bathroom and kitchen were both clean. We only used space for sleeping so it was sufficient for our stay.

We recently retired and moved to the Grand Lake area. We love the lake life, new neighbors, and wildlife in the Wolf creek area. Grove is a nice community with easy access to shopping and restaurants.

We have a large lot with plenty of area to park vehicles and boats. A beautiful lakeview from the second story deck.
