This is one of the rare properties where the actual cabin is better than the pictures. Great location, great communication, hopefully we can make this our go-to any time we’re in the area.

We are so glad you had a wonderful time, Sheri! Thank you for leaving us a review, we look forward to your next visit.
Property was new and very clean. Had admenities on site for the whole family. Kids had smores at night and we had wine. Nice televisions with multiple stations and even AC which was nice from the other properties we stayed at during the week. Also enjoyed personal spa on the back porch.

Thank you for the kind review, Alana. We are so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay with us. We would love to have you back again!
This property is beautiful and in a very convenient location in Estes Park. It’s very close to two delicious restaurants (Hunter’s Chophouse and Embers) and is right next to Lake Estes which has beautiful views. The elk will come very close to the cabins and you can hear them bugle in the morning drinking coffee by the fire on the porch. The hot tub is an amazing amenity and the cleanliness of this cabin was also amazing! Communication with the property manager was outstanding. We will stay here again!

Thank you for the wonderful review, Rachel! We're so glad you had such a great time getting to see the elk, enjoying the restaurants, the area, and the cabin itself. Clearly, the elk were jealous. We definitely look forward to your next trip to Estes Park.

Not ready for greatness!
Construction all around the cabin as they’re building several more. Load of rock partially in our single parking spot, which we almost never located. Poor directional signage to locate our cabin. Cabin is very nice and was very clean. However, they haven’t checked to make sure everything works properly. Leaking shower head sprays water out the back, sink in bathroom doesn’t drain, washing machine was so loud that you couldn’t be in the living area due to the awful noise from it. Ceiling fan wobbles and makes noise. Property manager was very responsive but these items should have been taken care of prior to tenants being in them. Again, cabin is very nice. It is in the middle of the complex and has minimal views and they are about 5 feet away from the next door cabin.

Thank you for the feedback, Doug. While we are disappointed you felt your stay with us missed the mark, most of the issues you mentioned above were either in the description or new issues that had just started happening. We are more than happy to fix any issues that come up during a guest's stay, but since you were not comfortable with us entering the cabin, we weren't able to get anything fixed till after your departure. We don't want anyone to be uncomfortable while they stay in our cabins and prefer to fix things immediately so as not to impede a stay. Regardless, the in-cabin issues have been taken care of now.
