We had a little bobble with the wrong door access code, but it was quickly resolved. This is a great property, and we have stayed here twice on visits to Miami. Cozy but has everything you need and a great location. Hope to stay here again!

We had a great stay! The rental was clean, private, and smartly designed. It’s a close car ride to downtown Coral Gables.

Property was great, VERY clean and quiet. Parking is a little tough during the busier parts of the day so be prepared. Comfortable stay with great amenities. Would stay again.

Very clean and convenient

Great location, clean and comfortable. I would just note that the decor has changed to a hard rock theme and the pictures of the property should be updated.

Great value!

Stayed on business instead of at Biltmore and got 4 nights for price of 1. Not luxurious but clean, cozy and as advertised. Bathroom a bit small and a couple more towels and hooks would be a nice addition but a pleasant stay overall.

Very clean and convenient

The apartment was small but spotless, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in Coral Terrace. The only downside was the challenging but manageable parking situation noted by other reviewers. Thank you for your hospitality!

Miami

Very nice property. Nice use of space. Good location. Advertised a hot tub which is why we selected this property, but it was unavailable during the weekend where we there.

It was secluded and quiet. Complimentary snacks and drinks! Neighbors were friendly. Property manager was very accommodating and a fast responder. There are no blackout curtains so light can shine in through the door and window but they would be a major improvement to the studio (if added). I wish there was a bigger discount on extended stays. I would book again.

Small, but cozy

We really enjoyed our stay here. Some people might think the space is too small, but I marveled at how many amenities the hostess was able to provide in the space and how efficiently she used it. It truly had everything we needed. She thoughtfully left snacks for us and allowed us to get in early instead of waiting four hours between the time of our hotel checkout to the time of our check in. The location was ideal for visiting our daughter and her fiancé, and we feel we were very lucky to get the apartment, given that the timing was over Spring Break. One word of caution: my husband and I are in our 60s and it was a little hard for him to get out of the bed because it was so low. But we highly recommend.

I had a very unsettling experience at this property. Upon arrival, there were no clear parking instructions. Since there was a garage, I avoided parking in front of it, not knowing if it was in use. In the middle of the night, someone began loudly banging on the door, which was extremely frightening. The next day I found out it was only to tell me to move my car.Access to the property was also unclear. Entry was actually through side gates, which was not properly explained. I tried contacting the host multiple times with no response and had to go through VRBO to reach her. What concerned me most was safety. The door did not have a secure interior lock—meaning someone with access from outside could potentially enter. After hearing someone outside and not knowing who it was, I did not feel safe staying there. I ended up leaving and booking another place.I would strongly recommend clearer instructions, better communication, and improved security for future guests.
