The house is situated in a quiet area, it has a heated swimming pool with salt system and beautiful Outdoor Patio. Three bedrooms - master bedroom with a king size bed, two bedrooms with queen size beds. Two fully equipped bathrooms. Modern, beautiful kitchen with high quality equipment. Enjoy and relax in this vacation home, located in quiet neighborhood, just 6 min from the Cape Coral Yacht Club, 1/2 hour drive to the wonderful beaches of Sanibal and Fort Myers. Close to many restaurants, shopping centers.

Great place. Very convenient. I would suggest a book or list for renters to understand how to use some of the amenities & wifi. Otherwise, it was a pleasure to stay at this location.

Everything was as described. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was welcoming. We caught a few fish in the canal. Host was very prompt with questions and requests. Only complaint I could possibly have is I couldn't find a can opener, and that could be my fault. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay, we had 2 teenagers and a toddler. Great place for adults, teens, and children 5 and up. A little difficult with a toddler so many beautiful decorations I had to move so little fingers didn’t mess them up. We had to pack so much for our toddler to accommodate her needs but that’s on us. Great home, very clean.

Shower didnt work in guest bath. Sliding doors to pool area wouldnt open. But, nice clean house
