Our stay was wonderful. Upon arriving the host had decorated the villa for Christmas and had a spectacular tree for our enjoyment. The few questions we had were promptly answered. The villa was fully furnished. We wanted for nothing. We will come back without hesitation.

Booked after determining my son and I were going on Tarpon fishing trip. This place is 10 minutes from the marina where we were met the captains and 15 min from town for shopping and grabbing food / needs. Quiet area no issues. Place was clean and functioned properly

Last vacation of the summer

Took my grandkids on one last vacation before school started and enjoyed the stay very much. House was stocked with everything one could need flying in from another state for the beach. House was very comfortable and clean. Would give 5 stars and recommend to anyone considering staying here.

Clean and comfortable

My sister and I stayed for a long weekend and it worked very well. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Everything was clean and the welcome gifts were a kind touch. The owner was very responsive to our questions. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and fairly short drives to different beaches.

Excellent!!

We had a great getaway weekend at Alena’s house! The house was super nice, clean, well maintained. We loved the jacuzzi very relaxing and brand new. Overall the experience was amazing and we have the opportunity to go to great beaches very close by. Alena as well was a great guest always available and quick to respond to any of my inquiries.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 3 days with family prior to go up north to madiera. We experienced new things and some great food. Really enjoyed the hot tub at night after long days of driving around and the activities. Husband even saw a gopher tortoise in the backyard! House was clean, beds were comfy. Very well stocked in the kitchen. Met the host and she was very nice! Thank you again for a great stay!

Port charlotte

Everything in the house was exceptionally clean and in a newly developing subdivision. The only drawback was the distance to restaurants and shopping and lack of anything open past 11 pm. We planned accordingly tho and very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very communicative and allowed us to change our dates even tho vrbo wasn’t able to. Great place and would recommend staying here.

Great Place!

This location is beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. It is great for friends hanging out in the area as well as families there on vacation. It looks exactly like the pictures and has all the amenities promised in the description. The only thing we disliked is the window in the front bedroom. Anyone walking on the front porch could look in, so we suggest putting a little curtain over it. Otherwise, this place was perfect!
